In execution, for the expected period of 1 year, the "Alcântara Poente Allotment Contract - Contract for the Construction of Infrastructures" was awarded in the amount of 2.702.000,00 €
The objective of the Contract is to execute infrastructures that correspond to an area of the west of Street Cascais and to the north Avenue India, whose undertaking will be the subject of a future urban operation, with housing, commerce and services for a total of 230 dwellings, affecting an area of approximately 48000m2.
